Flying dream

I close my eyes and see a vast field of golden rye surrounded by a young deciduous forest. The sun is at the zenith and the sky is blue. With light, cosy clouds. This is the mood of the picture. And the girl is one of my close friends' daughters. I took this picture in surroundings very similar to this imaginary landscape, on a hill with a field with beautiful walnut trees on two sides of the road that leads to a long piece of Switzerland that runs into the beautiful beech forest where I walked sometimes on weekends as I lived on that hill. This artwork was created in Lörrach in 2016 with all the energy and inspiration that I soaked up from this peaceful and sunny region.
